The Library primarily serves the faculty, staff, and students; support the research, teaching, and learning needs of the university community; and provides relevant extension and promotion services.
Resources
The Library stewards a variety of materials ranging from traditional, physical media such as books, periodicals, and DVDs to digital media including e-books, e-journals, online databases, MOD(media-on-demand) system, and so on. Through interlibrary networks, the Library connects its own collections to global information resources. In addition, the Library is committed to establishing a digital library, expanding learning areas, and breaking through the limitations of time and space. The aim is to ensure that our faculty and students have efficient and convenient teaching and learning resources.

Thus, whether it is for a professional or recreational purpose, users will find it pleasant to work or wander in the library, studying for their dream careers.
Priorities:
Actively promote e-reading; offer seamless access to e-books, e-theses, e-journals, language learning systems, and databases; provide access to open source online materials and the collections of other libraries and agencies; and use Resource Discovery Service(RDS) system to facilitate readers to use networked resources at any time as well as to increase the efficiency of the search and usage of the library resources.
Enhance all types of library guides and training workshops; enhance arts and literature extension activities; facilitate the establishment and development of the University history room; promote a avid reading and learning culture; augment an art and humanities climate on the campus; and preserve the cultural heritage and history of the University.
Enhance interaction with readers; equally develop the facilities (space, equipment, hardware, & software) between the Minsheng library and the Pingsun library; and establish a more comfortable, friendly, and high-quality library environment.
